MonochromiX

MonochromiX is an extension for PhotoPerfect, devoted to convert photos to Black and White.
It is not a stand-alone program, you will need to install PhotoPerfect (http://us-storage.arcadiasoftware.com/photoperfect-mp-eng.exe) before installing and running MonochromiX.

Every graphics editor allows you to convert color images to black and white. But this extension offers many more features, in order to get better monochromatic photos.

The program allows you to assign a film profile for any picture. You will be able to pick your preferred black and white film and model from the built-in list offered by MonochromatiX. You can also customize the profiles, applying filters and varying the color levels before converting your images to black and white.

You can also apply other changes (both to color or B&W photos), such as its gradation, balance, brilliance, contour, tone and intensity. MonocromiX also allows you to pick your preferred film grain.
